sri-yadavan nirupama-pramadabdhi-magnan

janasi tad vayam aho kim u varnayema

TRANSLATION

Therefore, go see the divine Yadhavas, the Lord's most beloved associates, who live immersed in a vast, unequaled ocean of joy. My lord Narada, you know very well how great they are. What can I tell you about their glories?

vitarka himsadayah krta-karitanumodita lobha-krodha-moha-
purvaka mrdu-madhyadhi-matra duhkhajnanananta-phala iti pratipaksa-bhavabam

TRANSLATION

Negative thoughts are violence, etc. The may be [personally] performed, performed on one's behalf by another, or authorized by oneself; they may be triggered by greed, anger, or delusion; and they may be slight, moderate, or extreme in intensity. One should cultivate counteracting thoughts, namely, that the end results [of negative thouhgts] are ongoing suffering and ignorance.
